As the Director of Operations, I sit at the heart of the organization, integrating various teams and divisions including leadership, sales, administrative support, transaction management, brand and transactional marketing, recruiting, and accounting. Here are some of the successful initiatives I’ve led in this role:
Strategic Partnerships: In 2023 I initiated a new Strategic Partnership Program that connected our company with a network of home service providers around the city to provide huge value for clients, but also new revenue streams for the business.
Collaboration: Created strategic relationships with cross-functional teammates in marketing, sales, and finance that have helped us to align our operational strategies with company objectives. I’ve also built and nurtured partnerships with vendors across various services. This dynamic collaboration between our different divisions has been paramount for our success.
Talent Acquisition: Executed a structured full-cycle recruiting procedure, from attracting targeted candidates to step-by-step onboarding between our various departments. We’ve since doubled our agent count and operations team.
Strategic Growth: Crucial member responsible for the execution of our business 3-5-10 Year Vision Plan, in collaboration with our Executive Team, and have spearheaded numerous initiatives that have boosted profitability via a deep focus on metrics and analytics that align with the vision.
Financial Analysis: Monthly meeting with CFO/ Accounting Team to review financial analysis visuals that I created to assess budget and KPIs in coordination with our short and long-term financial strategy.

In this role, I became the adhesive holding the business operations systems and processes together. I managed and led numerous day-to-day processes while also championing big projects for business growth. Here are some of the successful initiatives:
Cross-Functional Leadership: In 2022 I lead my company through the rigorous journey of creating a new business website. I managed the full project in collaboration with a Web Development Team, a Graphic Design Team, and internal Marketing, Finance, IT Departments, and Senior Leadership. The site was part of a full-scale marketing campaign mentioned below.
Marketing Operations: After leading the strategic departure from a marketing partnership, I led the full-scale re-marketing campaign that included a new company website, social strategy, re-branding, budget, and transaction marketing package. This campaign has completely reframed our identity and produced 25% more sales volume year over year in excess of $20M in 2023.
Performance Metrics Analysis: Championed the implementation of a highly structured CRM platform that organized, and streamlined how agents effectively communicate with leads. The platform also allows OPs to accurately track and analyze KPIs and trends within the business to share with senior leadership and influence data-driven decisions.
Process Improvement: Created a comprehensive S.O.P. for the company “New Listing Process” that ensures high-quality marketing, streamlined communication, consistency, timeliness, and eliminates hours of inefficient work via software automation.
Team Development: In addition to leading team and senior leadership meetings, I’ve also created a Company Retreat Operating Procedure that the leadership team uses annually to assess personal/ company performance and strategize for future success.

Mile One Fitness, LLC | Digital Commerce
As a visionary co-founder and BizOps Manager of Mile One Fitness, I lead a groundbreaking online fitness venture comprised of online coaches who educate and train clients throughout North America. I was instrumental in the company's success by implementing a host of innovative strategies:
Strategic Marketing: Developed and executed a quality marketing strategy, via Google/ Facebook ad campaigns, a social media strategy, and digital blog content that propelled lead generation by an impressive +200%.
Operational Efficiency Expert: Set up company-wide software programs in addition to various software automation via Zapier, eliminating hundreds of hours of weekly work and enhancing overall business efficiency.
Creative Front-End Architect: Designed and organized compelling content for our full front-end business website and mobile app, ensuring a user-friendly experience. No-code design and layout that also included various digital automation.

2Brothers Moving & Delivery | Moving & Transporation | Portland, OR
As the Assistant Operations Manager at 2Brothers Moving and Delivery I was pivotal in the day-to-day operations of the business, direct management of staff, tracking and analysis of business metrics, and project leadership. Here are a few examples of some successes I had in this role:
Scheduling: Daily schedule orchestration of a team of 40-50 Movers and Crew Leads across numerous jobs throughout the city, focusing on efficiency, safety, and success.
Project Management: I spearheaded initiatives across various facets of the business, including operations, warehouse/fleet, and branding/marketing. Examples of projects included a full office redesign, company-wide quarterly meeting presentations, and a fleet maintenance SOP. Most importantly, I pioneered a comprehensive company-wide performance review process, integrating a wage analysis and robust employee development strategy.
Talent Development: As one of four managers, I had the highest-performing team of 10-15 employees that I directly managed. Results were based on success rates, damage ratios, positive reviews, and promotion rates. I also facilitated impactful Crew Lead meetings and implemented a successful leadership development training program.
Metrics & Tracking: Direct management and tracking of critical business KPIs and metrics used at senior leadership meetings and company-wide presentations.

Nike Flagship Store | Retail | Portland, OR
To improve profitability, day-to-day operations, efficiency, and overall team culture at Nike’s Flagship Store in Portland, Oregon, I successfully created and led multiple operations processes and tasks.
Standard Operating Procedures: Pioneered an inventory management procedure for flagship store that helped streamline our facilities inventory auditing, purchasing, and organization processes. This included building out a spreadsheet for active daily management, an SOP for ordering via our retail partners online portal, and staff scheduling for regular audits.
Process Improvement: Complete overhaul of the staff-uniform ordering process towards a linked spreadsheet system that allowed the team to coordinate and submit orders. Improved success rates, minimized order time, and increased employee satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Conducted weekly team huddles on personal development, product education presentations, safety, and company policies & procedures. I was also responsible for coaching and supervision of 50+ non-direct reports.
Accounting Support: I regularly executed supply purchase orders for facilities, managed frequent change orders handling store cash, and ran KPI reports for every EOD.

RRM Design Group | Architecture | San Luis Obispo, CA
Supported numerous projects in design development phases of projects because of my dependability to complete tasks with great attention to detail. Design Lead for new fire station project from conceptual design of massing, renderings, graphic layouts, and construction documentation.
Production Support: I supported digital production on numerous projects from custom fire stations, to 300 home subdivisions in the local area. I was quick to make decisions, collaborate when there were concerns, and consistently hit deadlines.
Lead Design Reviews: When project managers were in conceptual stages of design, I was often asked to lead the design review process firm-wide when presenting proposals and discussing feedback.
Project Leadership: I had the honor of being asked by the design director to head the concept design of the new custom fire station in Tracy, CA. I lead the project from early concept, all the way through design development. Years later the project was built exactly as it was in my last design iteration.
Client Presentations: Because of my innate attention to detail, I was asked to assemble numerous client-facing design presentations through various stages of projects. I had a strong eye for photoshopping renders that told the story when construction plans couldn’t always paint the picture.
